IBPS PO / MT XVI: application files and current stage
PO / MT XVI registration closed on 26 July 2026. The four common image files are useful preparation, but declaration wording and limits still belong to the exact notice.
Current position: The PO / MT XVI registration window is closed. Follow the official cycle page for examination-stage notices. Do not treat PO, CSA and RRB recruitment as one open application.
Choose the exact IBPS recruitment
IBPS publishes separate pages for PO, customer-service and regional-rural-bank cycles. A familiar-looking upload form does not make the cycle dates or declaration text interchangeable.
- Check the recruitment name and Roman-numeral cycle.
- Open the cycle page from ibps.in.
- Use the FAQ for portal behaviour, not for replacing the detailed notice.
Common files to prepare
Major IBPS forms commonly request a photograph, signature, left-thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The exact active notice controls all wording and limits.
- Photograph: commonly 200 × 230 px and 20–50 KB
- Signature: commonly 140 × 60 px and 10–20 KB
- Left thumb: commonly 240 × 240 px and 20–50 KB
- Declaration: commonly 800 × 400 px and 50–100 KB
Protect handwriting and identity
Write the declaration and signature yourself. Cropping, contrast cleanup and file-size reduction are appropriate; redrawing strokes or generating handwriting is not.
- Keep the unedited capture.
- Check the correct file in every preview slot.
- Save the final application and registration details.
